We need schools to help us test how to access digital resources via a new members only area of our Museum Maker’s website. We invite you to view the digital version of “A Christmas Carol”, a promenade piece of original Theatre written and directed by Luton Born Director Teresa Burns.
Our ambition is to make this digital resource available to support schools working with Charles Dicken’s “A Christmas Carol” and/or Teresa’s script inspired by the text and set in Wardown House, Museum and Gallery.
Sign up and screen the film in your classroom through the provided link.
We need you to give us feedback from teaching staff and pupils alike about how the resource can be used to compliment in-school learning of the subject. This would suit study in either the areas of curriculum of Drama/performing arts OR English literature.
Additional resources will also be available to trial such as video’s of the Lutonian director Teresa Burns and the actor Stuart Turner speaking about their careers. These can be used to support arts award portfolio work or for creative careers information. Exerts from the script written by Teresa Burns for use in the classroom.
